friend had recently published a tweet or a fragment of Starbucks and how it leverages
social media for idea management and innovation. Today, many organizations are
looking for systems or software to help them capture and harness ideas client
in order to save costs, increase revenue and employee or simply to build relationships
and loyalty. Ideas aim to participate in its customer base and potentially
build on their suggested products, services, improvements in the process and

satisfaction. Many of its customers and employees are loyal or dedicated and
want to help flourish because everything falls down. If you're internal or
external level, or rate ideas, comment on them, contribute to the ideas of
other members and have fun with him! The end result is a win - win as the
